Swellbow
Posted by: Lenosky
So I was all psyched to dust off the old trials bike and hit up the first indoor comp of the year, but it looks like my plans got derailed! I went out for a little practice session last week and ended up crashing and smashing my scapula and elbow of a rock. The swellbow isn't too big of a deal except I can't touch it against anything or it kills, and it's twice it's normal size. The real problem was when I fell back and hit my scapula (the little wing bone on your back) it kinda jacked my shoulder. It's OK for XC riding, so I've been doing a bit of that, but I can't bunnyhop or roll my shoulders forward which is kinda important in a trials comp. Bummer. I've been speding some time geting my new demo rig together, the last one I had was a few years old so I figured it was time to freshen it up a bit. It should be fun to ride on when it's done, and will make my demos look a lot different that the past. Not too much else to report, just waiting for the snow to finish melting and my shoulder to feel a little better.
