crankworx is all done

Crankworx was a blast to watch, I couldn't compete but I had a blast on the mellow trails on the mountain on my V10. Yesterday the slopestyle finals went off. Cam Zink won his first slopestyle...I think. So I am super stoked for him. He had a super dopr run I will lay it out for ya. Alley ooop 270 off the spine to dirt landing, no foot can off the dirt road gap then flip 1 foot x to nac, both clicked then hje mad his way over to the claw signature line wall ride and dialed that in, there was a little jump that I couldn't see then he hit the big drop at the end and spun it. It was sick.i love adrienne Cam McCaul Got second and was even sporting the #4 jersey cause he always gets 4th But he broke that curse and had a killer run. his big moves were flipping the huge dirt road gap and barspining the last drop. and obviously tons of dialed tech tricks in between as usual with the trick machine. third was kyle straight. Huge shoulder buzz tables off the road gap, superman to no foot cans, claw signature line and tailwhip off the last drop, Dialed the boys really took iT home in style nice work. Everyone is wondering were paul is in this whole thing, he was trying to go for the gold early in his run with a 720 but couldn't get er done he really wanted it but at least he went down goin huge it was awesome to watch him shredding. Ryder was absolutly killing it also he was the first to tailwhip the last drop and he dialed it the best I have ever seen he caught it so early and landed smoother than anyone I saw. even people dropping it straight, it was fricking retarted I couldn't believe it. My jaw dropped for the rest of the contest because of that. Claw super seated the last drop really huge and 3'd the road gap again this year, in both of his runs. pretty sick. Peaty stole my downhill bike today for the garbonzo downhill, He got a 15min. 16sec. Brought him in for a 2nd place nathan rennie got 3rd The Syndicate killed it. Sam Hill came in 1st place I think he won by about 2 seconds. thats so close for 15 minutes... crazy. I finally got to ride with peaty and it was so fun, we were pinning it down dirt merchant and a line bubba scrubbing everything cause thats all I could do. I got a sweet photo, it should be on santacruzbikes.com in the next couple days, so check it out. Timo won the Jump contest today cam McCaul got 2nd , paul bas got 3rd, and greg watts in 4th. It was super windy so not much huge stuff went down but they did what they could in the wind. Anyways I love whistler and I think I should be able to dirt jump next week. and start getting ready for monster park yeah .
