Its a beautiful day in the neighbourhood.

Ok so, for like a month now, Katrina and I have had no blinds up at our place because the Sullivans took them down to get them cleaned. Our condo is located in the middle of the complex, therefor surrounded on all sides by friendly neighbours that we do not know at all. How convenient! Yeah, so, pretty much we can't walk anywhere in the house without being seen.....you can see what I'm getting at here. haha. After a while we just didn't care anymore and just walked around in whatever we pleased until one night, during Canadian Thanksgiving weekend, I came out of the shower and head past Strands room towards my room and Strand looked up and laughed at me and behind her out the window was the neighbours entire family enjoying thier turkey dinner. I froze, thought about the situation for a moment, smiled, waved and yelled "Oh hey Hal!" and continued on my way. I actually dont have a clue what his name is or any of our many wonderful neighbours names but Katrina and I now smile and wave at them all. Theres Barbara, Stanley, Marg and, of course, Hal. I think weve gone completely insane but it cracks us up everytime. So it's worth it.
PS. I'm skippin' town tomorrow. I'm spending my winter in Australia. Sun, bikes, friends, fun!!! Keep you posted.
