Rays to Rays Rally

So, last Thursday we embarked on the 1st annual Ray's to Ray's Rally, a event which was code named "Jeff and Aaron's Bogus Adventure." Since Chase and I decided to put the Jump Jam to sleep this year, we wanted to do some kind of event so we can have a little fun on the east coast. The idea was to invite so riders over, then have a 5 day shred a thon. Here's the list of riders who came along: AC and myself, McCaul, Jamie Goldman, Kyle Ebbett, Dave Smutok, Adam Hauck, George Ryan, Chris Clark, Anson Wellington, Trevor Young and Brian Smith. We kicked off the trip at Ray's in New Jersey. After a pretty late night we spent Thursday riding my backyard and it was a pretty fun session. Thurday night we hit the road and Friday afternoon we rolled into the OTHER Ray's........ Ray's MTB park in Cleveland, OH. We had a good time riding there for a few days and I got to hang out with Joe a Ray's local that won my bike last year Check it here Ray's was so much fun, they added a bunch of new features over the Summer including a new Rock Shox lounge. It's definitely a cool place to hang and play some Air Hockey, or you can chill in the SRAM lounge, warm up by the fireplace and watch some TV. If you're ever in the area, definitely stop by. Sunday night we drove back super late and spent Monday riding the dirt quarter/hip that I posted pics of in a earlier post. I wanted to thank everyone for coming on the trip, we had a blast. Can't wait to do it again next year.
