ride a bike

Posted by: Goldman

Well we all fear the day that our local trails get torn down to build a supermarket or condos. when we see that huge dozer, excavator, cat, or whatever driving down the road to plow all the hard work you've built over the last 8 years, it will indefinitely bring tears to your eyes. a few days ago all of us here in nor cal thought that the root of all our dirt jumping skills was getting torn down. the land just next to the post office was getting all the trees torn out. there was a huge excavator sitting a football field away with what we thought had bye bye DJ's all over it. little did we know that huge tractor was gonna make the sickest spot we had in Aptos 100 times sweeter. well bitter sweeter. The guy that owns the land at the post office decided that he was going to lease the Last year of post office to the county for a legal jump park. Plans are being made for a supermarket to arrive some time next year but in the mean time while the condos next door are being built we get access to lots and lots of heavy machinery after hours of construction. Basically in two days we built two of the nastiest lines ever at post office. A huge 4 pack and a nice 12 pack flowing hip set. Although we only have one last year of shredding at the office the final memories will be some of the best. She'll go down the best she's ever been and the hardest we've ever ridden, what more could you ask. So imagine your jumps are getting eye'd down by a monster of machinery, ask yourself have you ridden your jumps how they shoulda been ridden, cause you never know when it could be to late and you'll say you should have, someday you could get off school or work and your playground could be plowed. So that trick you've been wanting to throw. or the jump you've been afraid to hit, go for it, ride everyday like its your last session with no regrets so if that day ever comes you can go out with your head up and say at least we shredded 'um.

Make It Count
