oh my god
Posted by: Goldman
Got about 48 minutes of sleep last night on the floor of hotel husa. Yesterday was the biggest joke of the trip, it beat every other experience so far. we spent the whole morning waiting around for strait and hart to get the scooters so we could go shred, got bored of waiting so we went to lunch. came back waited some more and only for them to tell us that the scooter place had no scooters. By this time we were really bummbed out but we didn't have that much time left to hop on over o the train station anyways so we began that journey. It starts with us dragging all our shit down the street to the subway station. then after about 10 sets of stairs down we pay and get on the subway. get off on the next stop and go up and down about 15-20 sets of stairs and a few more subway trains. Finally we got over to the actual train station. All of us were excited there were a few of us that had never taken a train and wanted to see what it was all about. we got out to the loading dock and most of us had a bike. the guy looked at us all like aliens but thats something were all used to with that ball and chain. So we tried to start to load onto the train and the guy stops us. he says there is too much baggage and that we cant get on here. after about 20 minutes of waiting and watching this guy do about nothing to figure out our situation. He gives us the hand movement "for hold on a second". he couldn't speak english so you know we waited patient so as not to piss his off. Sure enough. tooooot tooooot the train whistles and everyone kinda starts to panic. we ask the guy whats going on... he raises his hand to his neck and slits his throat. which in hand signals means F off, this train is a leavin without you and I don't give a rats ass. we all stood in awe as the guy slowly drifted away and closed the door to the train. I couldnt believe my eyes. So we went and found someone that could muter up some english to help us get a refund and worked that out for the rest of the day. which don't me wrong... was a hassle just like everything else here. we found a hotel real close checked in and went to the bowling alley for gregs birthday. we played one game and if you left an open frame you had to take a shot. Ryder's not to good at bowling... I dont think hes feeling o good this morning hahahaha. well gotta go eat some breakfast, I let ya'll know how the day goes today.
later
