the wall

SO I went for a sweet trail ride today with a bunch of dudes in Trumbull, CT. I rode there a couple of years ago with the Fox Sales manager and there was a 30 foot high roll in called the wall. I wasn't expecting to go for a XC ride that day so all I had was my jump bike. I wasn't feeling the roll in on my hardtail with 80mm travel fork and street tires, so I sat back and watched a sales guy ride the stunt while I sat back like a total wuss. Two years later I got to go back on my 6 inch bike and it was all wet and slippery from rain yesterday. I watched a local do it and decided to give it a shot. It was really easy, and now I feel silly for sweating it in the first place. Oh well. I did a show at a Kawasaki Dealer on Friday night, it was for a big open house before the MX National on Sunday. The whole point of the event was to have Bubba Stewart sign autographs for everyone. Hundreds of people showed up and waited in line and Bubba decided not to come. Way to build a fan base buddy!
