Kruecken sind doof
Posted by: Joscha
Hello web 2.0 friends!
3 weeks ago I had my knee surgery (ACL/meniscus) and my doc did a good job. It feels pretty good, but I still have to walk around with crutches for four more weeks. Basically because of the meniscus. It sucks, basically! Eventhough the physio-appointments are fun... except last time! I already had little problems with my back before the surgery, but since I walk on crutches it became worse. So, I told my physiotherapist about it and she found out that my whole back is totally tense. She started to help me and the following 30min were one of my most painful minutes for a long time. Holy shit! The cute little lady did some pretty mean movements on my back. But now it's way better and I'm not angry anymore...haha.
Walking around on crutches is boring, so I stay at home most of the time. Sometimes I watch some streetart online, when I want to "walk" through my district virtually you know. I like it.
I also like this photo (teamflatdrop.de)
I like the domain of Matthias new project - 25framez.com
I like mountains (leogang, right Carlo, left me).
I don't like my crutches.
I like my new big plant. Gnarly dude.
In autumn we can start building a new riding spot in the heart of Berlin (and 5min from my place). Thanks to Matze from "trust-bike" who works his ass off for this project, organized a little jam on the potential spot (next to the Warschauer Strasse) and convinced the officials.
Tomorrow it's the "Skyway Jam" in Luckenwalde (near Berlin). I see you there or maybe not. But for sure you gonna find a report here, not there, not everywhere...
