The nasty mean week

The last couple of weeks have been busy to say the least. Steve Smith and myself were all set to race 4 races in seven days, Steve made it through but I fell short. The first race was mt.7 and like my last update said... Wow! The second race was a poorly organized Canada cup race on the Wednesday after mt.7 and the next was The Canadian National championships that was held on the same course as the poorly organized Canada cup at Mt. washington. This is where my try for the 4 races in seven days comes to a grinding halt, I caught my shorts during the 20ft sprint to the finish and slammed soooo hard! So you can guess that I lost and with two injured knees and a bunch of other bleeding wounds I couldn't race Garbonzo. Steve how ever did pretty well and was welcomed on to the Red Bull team. for those of you that don't totally understand what this means I'll lay it out for ya, Steve will ride bikes and be a professional athlete for the rest of his life... A red bull helmet is like the holy grail! Congrats Steve!
