The week after

Rob Eva is SRAM's MArket manager down under and totally shreds! He hung out for a couple of days after the event and we bonded at the recycling depot for like a whole day it felt like... In Canada we recycle! After that we cleaned up and re organized. Then I prepared to win the Chromag Show and shine! This even coincides with the Chromag Loonie race and if your a Chromag owner your invited to show and shine your bike! There's some prizes up for grabs but really its bragging rights. I did put in the effort for the win by painting my frame, spokes and a nice little pin stripe on the rims... So hot right now! After my sweet victory i was off to Claw worx (Darren berrclothes invitational) slopestyle. From listening to all the riders this is the best course and comp this year! built by riders for riders. course was sick and it showed when they rode it. Cam mcaul dominated with another solid performance from Brandon! The kid is on fire! Kyle Straight fell into third. The event was a total success with an amazing turn out and an awesome party thanks to Red Bull. Some random on course yelled who's got a bun in the oven and I snapped a pic of Ryder's reaction. Before the party and after the comp Darren had a big dinner for the kids and the various film crew's. They threw down an amazing spread and had delicious Salmon. This was an awkward situation for the filmer's with New world vs. The Collective... Loud mouth taylor sage who works for new world was yelling "your bounced" Westerlund gave him the talk and installed his mussel and that was the only real happening, No death match out back or anything. then we pilled like 18 people into the van and drove the 2 minutes to the party.
