diggin time

well im sure that everyone is out at there jumps ready to ride but still diggin away trying to get them as pimp as possibly for the riding season. the season where we have the best sessions, the best dirt, and the best weather! oh wait that might just be santa cruz. haha. well I have been digging on all my new stuff for K7. Well at least as much as my back will allow. I have been going to the gym just about every weekday, trying to get my back strong and heathy again. It sucks because after every time a workout i get shooting pains into my butt. I have been getting massages a couple times a week to make that better. I just have to work through all the scar tissue in there and it should be better. I got to do my first active sport a couple days ago. the waves were small so I took out the longboard and shredded. McCaul and I killed it. It was the most fun I've had in the water in a long time. It's good too because there is no chance to fall on my back on hard ground! Hopefully I get to go out again soon. today i am going trail riding in my '79 ford bronco. It is stock right now but soon I hope it to look a lot like this one the only difference will be that mine has white wheels. gonna be siiick. I cant wait to get my lift and tires. I need to do a bit of body work cause of rust but shes good to go for now. thats about all for today. talk to ya'll soon.
