Been Walkin:

So I have been walkin all around with no brace or crutches and my knee has been feeling great.(all on the grounds of my physical therapist of course) I am still about 2 months out from being able to even ride a bike ad go cross country and stuff but i am just stoked to be walking with ease at this point. I've been training on the stationary bike and it feels great to pedal but only with high repetitions and very low resistance. I've been digging lots with my tractor at the post office, we have 2 sick new lines being built up. My tractor bucket broke a couple of days ago so I gotta get 'er all fix up so that we can continue the lines. Gonna be so stoked to ride when i come back because all this new stuff is gonna be ready to shred. YES!!.
I'm gonna be having a new Santa Cruz ad coming out soon and its so nasty. I had to shoot it the night before I went into surgery. Talk about crunch time. I had never done a no foot can indian air flip before but thats what I wanted my ad to be, (pretty stupid plan I know) So we had about 4 hours to get this shot on a 30 foot jump and do it legit. I got all warmed up with some big superflips and tuck no hand flips. I got the speed dialed and then I had to man up. The first try was pretty sick actually. but i was holding back and didn't get all cacked out like my normal indian airs when i'm not flipping. so we had to go again and we changed up the angles on the camera and flashes. The second attempt was bigger than the first but the angle was shot. we switched it up and went up for the third round. Forrest was getting so psyched as usual and we were ready to get the shot... and go get some mexican food. Third times a charm, I kicked so hard and my bike got so whipped out, when I was upside down i could see the flash go off at the perfect time, and i stomped it so smooth. I said, " Thats it, were done", and i couldn't have asked for a sicker shot. Can't wait to see it in the print. keep your eyes peeled for it.
