How long have you been riding: My body feels like its been forever. Right now I’m pushing 14 years.

SRAM / RS / Avid / Truvativ Components: My all mountain rig has had a Lyric on it for a while and I’m loving it. Its my do it all bike.

Started Cycling: I grew up riding xc and dh and now I just ride all of my bikes all the time.

Favorite Event: If I had to single a favorite out it would have to be Mt. 7 psychosis. The course is just un-real with mind blowing fun sections linked together. Number two is the beer league every second Wednesday in whistler.

Favorite Ride / Trail / Line: We rode a little secret in Vancouver and it impressed me. Favorite lines and trails are a sum of the people and places your at and last week just made that up. It was a double rock roll with a small air at the end. The line jut looked surreal. The crew was tight and we shredded a zone called Cambodia. If you know it then you know the line and if you have no idea where it is good luck.

Most Memorable Event / victory: a couple of years ago I had the whole family come out to mt.7 for the race and I managed to pull a win together. It was pretty cool because I was the last one to go and Rennie and Kovarik were just ahead of me on course, the last couple of minutes were super exciting for my mom… and my dad was more excited than me.

Achievements – Titles: Canadian National champ, 3 time mt.7 champ, BC provincial champ,

Goals: Keep riding my bike.

What motivates you: Loamy single track and my friends

Training tips or tricks: Go to the gym! If your body feels good and strong then riding is the easy part.

Secret: I just added a road bike to my quiver. I miss my mustache.

Worst job you ever worked: A friend talked me into working some evenings with him at a place that makes dog treats. You spread raw pig liver on cookie sheets and then put it in a dehydrator… I lasted three days. The smell was horrific.
